Meet our Mobius Family
Mobius Maths Hub Team
Our Maths Hub is part of a national network of 40 hubs, funded by the Department for Education and working to support schools in improving outcomes in mathematics through high-quality professional development and collaborative working.
Our work is underpinned by a strong and purposeful leadership structure that brings together strategic oversight, operational leadership and local expertise. Each part of the structure plays a vital role in ensuring our programmes are evidence-informed, well-led and responsive to the needs of schools across our region.

The Strategic Board provides governance, challenge and strategic direction - ensuring accountability and alignment with national priorities. Our Lead School, The Willink, is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and coordination of the Maths Hub, acting as a centre of expertise and driving the quality of delivery. This is where our offices are based.
The Maths Hub Leadership Team works closely with national partners and local schools to plan, deliver and evaluate the impact of Maths Hub programmes. They are supported by our Local Leaders of Maths Education: local teachers and leaders who work directly with schools to support the development of teaching for mastery and to build sustainable improvement in mathematics teaching.
We also work in partnership with a range of organisations, trusts, local authorities, schools and individuals who contribute to and strengthen our work.
