Further Education Mastery Specialist based in Swindon

The FE Mastery Specialist course has been an important part of my mastery journey. The quality of training during the residentials is amazing and having the opportunity to work with teachers from other colleges and share experiences has been invaluable. We are all now part of a great online national support network where help and advice is always available. It has improved my practice and changed the way I think about teaching maths. I can see the impact it has on my students, giving them the opportunity to succeed and make small steps which changes their belief that they cannot succeed in maths.
