School Development Lead Programmes
Are you currently supporting schools other than your own and looking to enhance your professional development with a fully funded programme?
The SD Lead Programme is aimed at teachers who are leading change in a school or group of schools that is not their own. If you have experience developing leadership capacity in schools of groups or schools, or you are new to the role, this is for you!
Delivered nationally by the NCETM as part of the Maths Hubs Programme, this fully funded opportunity supports you to:
-
Develop your knowledge of a range of maths school development strategies and how to use them effectively.
- Strengthen your knowledge of the evidence base that underpins school development.
- Work alongside senior and subject leaders to support sustainable implementation and build capacity.
- Improve the skills and self-awareness required in the role of school development lead.
The programme includes the equivalent of three workshop days (blended delivery). Full attendance is a firm requirement for accreditation. There are also four optional twilight sessions, which are recommended for all participants.
Fully funded for you and your school.
Applications for 2026/27 are now open.
